To see Creamy Comfort as a Cafe is to see a dream comes true. While most traditional businesses are phasing out brick & mortar to online, it is a goal of many food startups to have a physical store. Online has become a testing ground for their ideas and scaling up means opening up seated operations to eventually branch out in other cities. That being said, congrats to Creamy Comfort Cafe Bali for setting foot in the island of gods.
First thing first, what’s different?
Let’s start with the experience. Dining at Creamy Comfort Cafe is definitely one-of-a-kind. When you purchase their desserts online or at bazaar you’ll have them from the plastic packaging, while here the desserts are properly plated and garnished. Prettier and bigger. Ain’t that a killer combo?
Added to that, the beautiful Alice-In-Wonderland-like ambience. If you follow their hashtag on Instagram #Kerobokan118 you’ll see tons of people taking selfie here. It is almost like a necessity. I predict it will be soon before long that people say “Your trip to Bali is not complete before taking a picture at Creamy Comfort Cafe” or is it already happening?
Lastly, but definitely not the least reason is their coffee station. Prepped with Kees Van Der Westen espresso machine, they mean no play play guys. Words on the street, the coffee is affiliated with Koultoura in Jakarta. Rest assured, coffee is in good hands then.
Wait, I haven’t mentioned anything about the food. Well, do I need to? I guess by now everyone of us already have our favorite Creamy Comfort flavors, right? One Black Russian and one Banoffee please!
