Located just across Jamie’s Italian in Vivo City, Poulet wasn’t my primary destination. However after seeing the amount of people dining there compared to Jamie’s my foodie radar alerts me. When in doubt, go with the crowd. So I did, and I must say I was lucky. My intuition saved me.
Here in Poulet, they don’t kid when they wear “amazing french roast chicken” proudly on their t-shirt. Their Poulet Roti is indeed one of a kind and amazing enough to make me coming back on my numerous visit to the Little Red Dot.
The roasted chicken comes in two option, the one with Chardonnay sauce is preferably for those who are inclined to creamy-milky flavor, while the one with Cranberry sauce and Mustard is suitable for the rather adventurous who can take sweet, sour, and a little unusual dijon-ish end. I’ve tried them both, and personally will opt for the latter anytime. As for the chicken, they’re all juicy, comes in good portion, and layered with tasty roasted skin.
What about other menus you asked. Hmm, well the last time I check on Lady Iron Chef’s post, there’s nothing to shout about other than the two up there. But hey, feel free to explore and let me know if you found a hidden treasure.
